Pasties
We make our pasties from scratch using Barb's family recipe that has been passed down for generations. The original UP-style beef pasties have ground beef, carrots, potatoes, rutabaga, and onions, along with some salt and pepper. The chicken pasties have ground all white-meat chicken breast, carrots, potatoes, onions, peas, and celery along with some salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. We make beef and chicken pasties hot every day of the week (except Sunday). We also have cold beef, chicken, and vegetarian pasties 7 days a week. If you would like hot pasties on Sunday or hot Vegetarian Pasties please call us with at least 30 minutes notice and we will be happy to have them ready for you!
For special order pasties, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Vegetarian Pasties $3.75 +tax
Gravy (Beef or Chicken) $0.47 +tax (Served on the Side)
